Complete this form to request a callback or appointment regarding class registration or one on one counseling with one of GO Northwest HRC's housing counselors. Our agency assists prospective homebuyers and current homeowners but does not currently provide rental counseling or emergency homelessness assistance. You may find resources for tenancy and emergency services by calling 211 or visiting 211.org . For "Initial Program Interest": choose Pre-purchase Education if you are inquiring about a 1St-time Homebuyers' Workshop ; choose Pre-Purchase Counseling if you need to schedule a 1 on 1 re buying a home: Choose Mortgage Modification for delinquent mortgage or other housing expense; choose Homeowner services for if you ALREADY OWN a HOME and need non-delinquent financial coaching or home repair technical assistance. Go Northwest staff work a hybrid schedule.  We cannot accommodate walk-ins, and we do not allow documents to be dropped off without an appointment.  A counselor will reach out to schedule your class and/or 1 on 1 counseling. Virtual appointments are typically available within 2-3 business days by phone or online. In-person appointments are available one day per week and may require a longer wait.
